Q: Can I use the products on more than just my face?

A: Products can be used on more than just the face, especially the Hypercreme Face & Body Wash, which is good for sensitive areas and skin.

Q: Do your products contain Hydroquinone?

A: No. All our products are made from naturally derived ingredients.

Q: Which will work better: Hypercreme or O'tentika?

A: They will work the same; they are just different systems for different skin types.

Q: What is the difference between Hypercreme and O'tentika products?

A: The difference is the herbs that are used to form the products. Hypercreme is for sensitive skin. The brown O'tentika products are for oily skin. The pink O'tentika products are for dry skin.

Q: How much does the skin lightening system cost?

A: The skin lightening system costs $88.37.

Q: How many products come in the O'tentika and Hypercreme lightening system?

A: There are 6 products. You get 1 lightening lotion, 1 hydrating lotion, 1 fade out cream, 1 dark spot remover, 1 exfoliating soap, and 1 antibacterial soap.

Q: How do the O'tentika and Hypercreme products work?

A: It evens up your skin tone, getting rid of dark spots along with other minor skin imperfections. It will lighten your skin tone up to 2-3 shades.

Q: Can the O'tentika products remove my acne?

A: No, it will only remove the acne spots but not the acne. The O'tentika Hygienic soap can prevent the appearance of acne.

Q: If I am pregnant can I use your skin lightening products?

A: You should always consult your doctor or PCP before using these or any other products when you are pregnant.

Q: Can the skin lightening products be used on children?

A: These products should not be used on children under the age of 12, with the exception of Hypercreme Skin Conditioner and Food, O'tentika F Body Milk, and the soaps.

Q: How long do I need to continue use of the skin lightening products?

A: You should continue using the products twice daily until the desired complexion shade and evenness is achieved. Thereafter you should continue using the lightening products once daily to maintain your results.

Q: If I stop using the skin lightening products will my skin go back to the way it was before I started using them?

A: Yes. This is because our products work by slowing down or reducing the synthesis of Melanin in your system. Melanin is the enzyme that is responsible for the color in your complexion. So after one stops using the products the level of melanin production is increased and may go back to the original level before use of the products.

Q: How often should I use the skin lightening products?

A: When you start the regimen you need to repeat it twice a day in the morning and evening (Steps are posted under each product). After the desired complexion is achieved you only need to use the skin lightening products in the evening and the skin conditioner during the day.

Q: Will your skin lightening products bleach my skin?

A: No. They will only lighten your complexion to give your skin a more even and brighter appearance.

Q: If I am using the skin lightening products when should I see start to see results?

A: You should see full results within 6-8 weeks, but you will notice a positive change within 2 weeks of use.

Q: Can I wear makeup on top of the products?

A: Yes you can. However you need to wait a couple of minutes after applying our product in order to allow it to be absorbed into the skin before applying any make up.

Q: Is there any sun screen/protection in the product?

A: No. If you are heading outside allow a couple of minutes for product to soak into skin before applying sunscreen.

Q: Will your products help to get rid of stretch marks/dark spots/sun spots/scars?

A: Our products will aid in blending stretch marks and will provide protection against further damage from outside elements.

Q: Have these products been tested by the Food and Drug Administration?

A: The FDA has reviewed and approved the products for sale in the USA. All our products are compliant according to the FDA regulations.

Q: Can I mix the serum into the lotion or cream?

A: We don't advise you to do that. You should apply the serum first and let it dry then apply the lotion or cream.
